About Me

I am an IT professional who loves makeup. It's very uncommon in my field to be dolled-up, not that we don't/can't, but it's just not common but I find myself putting an extra effort in looking 'presentable' to say the least when I can/want/need to.

I started this makeup madness back in 2007 and all thanks to 2 makeup gurus, Panacea81 (Lauren Luke) and Michelle Phan.
I had a short hiatus around October 2010 until mid-June 2011 to sort out some personal matters but I never stopped trying out new things and watching all the YT makeup videos.

I realised that I find great joy in makeup or anything beauty related. From applying makeup on myself and friends to actually buying them.

I've had a few wedding gigs where I did the makeup on the bride and her family or the groom and his family. My latest gig was when my very good friend got married earlier this year, he's asked me to do his family's (female members) makeup and I did. It was a fantastic experience.

I still enjoy trying out new things from skin care to makeup and I am very open about my opinion on certain products based on my experiences with them - in short - all posts are mostly my humble opinions :)

This blog will remain the same in terms of contents: Makeup review, makeup look, hauls, favourite YT makeup guru, hall of shame, hall of fame and probably some occassional fashion finds (ie tops, bags)
